Art Gallery

Open weekends and by chance.

Ganesha Arts and Yoga is truly a special place. Many people are relieved as they walk inside. It's both vibrant in color and cozy at the same time, truly enchanting. Ganesha is a multifunctional space; it's an Art Gallery which also houses massage therapy as well as Yoga, Meditation, and Moon Dance nights! Come and enjoy brilliant ocean views and breezes during summer months, or have a massage by the fire on those chilly New England winter days. Let Ganesha become your private retreat for a truly transforming healing experience on historic Bearskin Neck!

GANESHA?

Ganesha, the Elephant-headed aspect of the Divine, is the Lord of Success in all endeavors, the "opener of the Way," the "destroyer of all obstacles" in the Hindu tradition. Ganesha's elephant head represents wisdom which has reached the highest crown chakra and the transformation of consciousness. He helps us discriminate between what is real and what is illusory. His one broken tusk shows that he practices "ahimsa" or non-violence. His trunk represents "OM", the sound symbol of cosmic reality. The sweets he holds remind us we must discover the sweetness of the Soul and Spirit which transforms our consciousness. He is humble enough to ride the smallest of creatures, a mouse.

May the events here at Ganesha promote abundance, joy, health, harmony and peace in the lives of all who enter. May we learn to practice fearlessness and faith in the Divine and trust that all obstacles will be removed!!

Jaya Ganesha!!
